Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a payment or appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Refunds are only possible if the service has not yet been used or started. Cancellations made too close to the appointment time or after a service has been provided may not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Please note that processing charges may be deducted in some cases. If a service is cancelled by RKey Hospital, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at info@rkeyehospital.com with your name, date, and transaction ID. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
